Amwaj Gateway Development Company (AGDC) has signed a $1.5 million contract for the supply and installation of Otis elevators. This includes 23 elevators to be installed throughout the six 20 storey structures and is due for completion in March 2010.
AGDC, a subsidiary of RealCAPITA, awarded the contract to Jassim Al Zayani and Sons, agents for Otis elevators.
The superiority of Otis products provides an unbeatable 25-year lifecycle warranty at the most competitive value, a spokesman said.
AGDC is keen to continue working with Jassim Al Zayani and Sons towards the successful completion of the project.
